Exploits in Istanbul 1.2
Having read about simits, one had to be eaten. Here it is beside the Bosphorus. Also eaten today: a Turkish breakfast (small – hard-boiled egg, cheese, tomato, cucumber, chilli and olive salad, bread, nutella and jam) a fish sandwich from the fish market beside the Galata Bridge, and the free popcorn that came with an expensive beer. And there’s dinner to come. I need to put on weight.
