Hannah proposed a visit to Snowshill – a National Trust arts-and-crafts manor house and gardens near Evesham. It’s a house after my own heart – Charles Paget Wade clearly never threw anything away. He was deeply into samurai and toys and musical instruments, and bicycles, and all sorts of other things. I feel much better about my own chaotic room now. I can call it a museum.
