The Alternative Bosphorus Cruise as devised by Robin from a multitude of sources started by riding the Metro the end of the line. It’s new, and unbelievably deep – we must have come up seven or eight escalators to reach the surface.
After that, a bus ride to Sariyer on the European side way up the Bosphorus.
A wander round the fishing port…
… and a very good Turkish coffee later, and the local ferry arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Here’s the very pretty ferry pier.
