Down to Ramsgate on the train with Sandy to visit Veronica, and Darcy Bristle, who eats anything in her range. It was like picking up where we left off some thirty plus years ago working together in Fouberts Place off Carnaby Street. A very good lunch indeed at Age and Sons, and then our culture for the day at the Turner Gallery in Margate – a lovely exhibition space. Sadly too horrid for a swim – even for me. Neither SB nor VP were prepared to be featured, so they’re not. It’s rather a nice picture of them under the blur…
